1. Who we are

Creative Spark ("we," "us," or "the Site") is a free creative prompt generator operated as a personal project. You can reach us at arturo.rovirosa@yahoo.com.

2. What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. Specifically:

  • Waitlist signups. If you enter your name and email on the Pro waitlist page, we store those fields so we can email you when Creative Spark Pro launches. We do not sell this data.
  • Usage data stored in your browser. The free version tracks your daily prompt count and streak in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device — we do not send it to our servers.
  • Analytics and ad data. We use Google AdSense to display ads. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads that are more relevant to you. See "Advertising" below.

3. How we use your information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Send you product updates if you joined the waitlist.
  • Monitor traffic and fix bugs.
  • Serve ads through Google AdSense.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising — Google AdSense

This site uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. More information is available at Google's advertising policies.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland will see a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.

5. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (e.g., remembering your daily prompt count).
  • Advertising — set by Google AdSense to personalize and measure ads.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may break parts of the site (e.g., daily prompt counting will not work).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to or restrict our processing of it.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising.

7. Children

Creative Spark is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
